  • June 14, 2018. HIV-positive patients protest in front of the headquarters of the Pan American Health Organization, during the visit of the director of that body to Venezuela, Dr. Carissa Faustina Etienne (Dominica). During the demonstration, the patients claimed the lack of access to retroviral drugs and blame the state for the shortage, which has put their right to health at greater risk and has contributed to the death of several people, whose written names stuck on the facade of PAHO headquarters in Caracas.
